Will there be enough free space in my room for the Hydrodore?
Our tower fits comfortably in any dorm type — even Gillette! It only takes up about as much space as a pair of shoes, so, rest assured, you can find the best place for it with ease. You also don’t need to worry about empty jugs taking up space in your room. The dimensions of the tower are: 12.6"W x 43.9"H x 13.4"D. Weight: 32.4 lbs.
How does end of term pick up work?
At the end of the semester or year, at a predetermined pickup time, a Hydrodore team member will collect your tower and perform a condition evaluation.
When do you deliver the Hydrodore?
Towers will be delivered to subscribers by appointment during the first weeks of school by a member of the Hydrodore team. Delivery is simple and hassle-free. We will show you how the system works, install your first jug, and answer any more questions you have.
What happens if I damage the Hydrodore?
Our systems are quite durable. If the tower is in acceptable condition, you have nothing to worry about. In the event of damages to the tower, you will be responsible for any repairs or replacement deemed necessary.
Will I ever have to carry the full water jugs myself?
Never! Our goal is convenience. A Hydrodore team member will always carry your new jug to your room for you.
What if I decide I don’t want my Hydrodore anymore?
If you decide your Hydrodore isn't for you, we will charge a removal fee of $50 for all cancelled subscriptions. Contact support@hydrodore.org for more information concerning terminating a subscription plan.
What if I would like to upgrade my plan?
If you would like to increase your current subscription plan, contact support@hydrodore.org in order to buff out the details. Also, we offer the on-demand purchase of extra jugs for the next delivery cycle for $10.00.

Our privacy policy covers how we use your personal information. At Hydrodore, we are committed to your privacy. Any personal information we receive will only be used to fill your order. We will never sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
