Your safety is our #1 concern. We are taking all possible precautions to ensure our deliveries are contact-free and do not contribute to the spread of COVID-19. Before we even get in contact with you, we will disinfect all towers and jugs thoroughly. Once we arrive at your dorm or apartment building, we will contact you in order to let us in and give you the option to leave your room while we bring in the jugs. Our delivery people will be masked at all times, and will change gloves after every delivery.

We want to accommodate you in any way we can, so we encourage you to let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or would like to request special accommodations during your delivery. We believe that Hydrodore can actually help limit the spread of COVID-19 through the elimination of water fountain usage, and we are excited to work with you to do our part.
